In Public Enterprise Cloud, each vCPU is approximately 2.2 GHz.
Allocated GHz / 2.2 GHz = Allocated vCPU
In the example above, the 200 GHz allocated translations to ≈90 vCPU allocated.
Note that Enterprise Cloud is typically sold in a 4:1 vCPU to GB of RAM ratio.
