# How to Delete a Security Group

You can delete a user-defined security group.

1. Open the Security Services.

1. Navigate to **Networking > Security**.
2. Select the organization VDC for which you want to apply security settings, and click **Configure Services**.
3. The tenant portal opens Security Services.

2. Navigate to **Grouping Objects > Security Groups**

The **Security Groups** page opens.

3. Select the security group you want to delete.

5. To confirm the deletion, click **OK**.
