Starting a New Conversation

To begin a new AI conversation:

  1. Click the New Conversation button in the left sidebar

  2. The main window will clear and display a fresh prompt interface

  3. Type your message in the input box and press Enter or click the send button

  4. The AI will respond based on the current system prompt and selected model

TIP: Starting with a clear, specific question or request will help the AI provide more relevant responses.

Managing Existing Conversations

The platform saves your conversations automatically, allowing you to:

Access Previous Conversations:

  1. Open the left sidebar if not already visible

  2. Scroll through your conversation history

  3. Click on any conversation title to resume

Organize Your Conversations:

  1. Click the More Info (⋮) icon next to a conversation

  2. Select "Rename" to give it a descriptive title

  3. Enter a new name and save

Delete Conversations:

  • Individual deletion: Use the More Info menu for a specific conversation

  • Bulk deletion: Access Settings in the header and select "Delete all conversations"

IMPORTANT: Deleted conversations cannot be recovered, so consider downloading important transcripts first.

Using Conversation Actions

The Conversation Actions button provides access to several important functions that help you manage your AI interaction.

To access these functions:

  1. Click the Conversation Actions button (located to the left of the message input box)

  2. Select from the available options:

    • Attach Files: Upload documents to provide context for the AI

    • Download Conversation Transcript: Save a copy of your entire conversation

    • Change Conversation Settings: Change the AI chat model or customize the system prompt

Uploading Files

Adding files to your conversation provides additional context for the AI:

  1. Click the Conversation Actions button beside the message input

  2. Select "Attach Files"

  3. Choose a file from your device (supported formats):

    Document Types

    Spreadsheets

    Presentations

    Other

    PDF, DOC/DOCX

    XLS/XLSX

    PPTX

    TXT, CSV, JSON

  4. After upload completes, view the extracted text by clicking "Plain Text From Attached File"

The AI will now have access to the file's content when generating responses.

Downloading Conversation Transcripts

To save a record of your conversation:

  1. Click the Conversation Actions button

  2. Select "Download Conversation Transcript"

  3. Choose a location on your device to save the file

Alternatively, to save just a specific AI response:

  1. Locate the AI response you want to save

  2. Click the Download button beneath that response

  3. The response will be saved as a text file

Editing Conversation Settings

When you select "Change Conversation Settings" from the Conversation Actions menu:

  1. A settings panel will open, allowing you to:

    • Change AI Model: Select a different AI model from the dropdown menu

    • Customize System Prompt: Edit the instructions that guide the AI's behavior

    • Reset System Prompt: Return to the global default prompt if needed

  2. After making your changes, click "Save" to apply them to the current conversation

TIP: Changing the AI model can provide fresh perspectives when you're not getting the results you want, while customizing the system prompt helps tailor the AI's behavior to your specific needs.
