New Models
Six models ship with this release, deployed as Private. They won't appear in the model selector until an administrator grants access.
- GPT 6.1 Sol (OpenAI) — advanced model for complex coding, computer use, and professional work
- GPT 6 Sol (OpenAI) — highly capable model for complex coding and agentic workflows
- GPT 6 Luna (OpenAI) — fast, cost-efficient model for focused, high-volume tasks
- GPT Image 2.5 Flare (OpenAI) — image generation model
- Claude Sonnet 5.5 (Anthropic) — Anthropic's mid-tier model, balancing speed and capability
- Claude Opus 5.5 (Anthropic) — Anthropic's most capable model in the 5.5 family
- Grok 4.7 (xAI) — frontier model for coding, agentic tasks, and knowledge work
If you don't see these in your model list, ask your admin. Credit rates are on the AI CTRL Ratecard.
Deprecated Models
Three models are deprecated with this release:
- Claude Sonnet 4.5
- GPT 5.2
- GPT Image 1.5
These models stop responding after the maintenance window on 10/17. Review any custom models or API integrations referencing them and update to a current model before that date. Requests made after the cutover will fail.
System Improvements
This release includes backend improvements to the AI CTRL Gateway's handling of GPT 6 models. No action is required.
