Service Overview

AI CTRL is a platform that allows clients to securely use public AI models like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude with their private data, while providing full observability to user prompts for compliance and governance. As a managed service, Expedient maintains the platform and manages models so that clients can focus on their use cases with AI and not the individual models or securing their usage. Clients have full access to their logging data and Expedient is available to assist with role based access control, providing a layer of support as AI usage grows. With support for multiple public AI models, clients can leverage the best model for the task, not just the one model they have.

  • Access to popular AI models like OpenAI’s GPT family, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Perplexity Sonar

  • All models vetted by Expedient Security & Compliance to ensure that no prompt data is used for model training

  • Dedicated gateway for client usage

    • Gateway has both GUI access for end users and API access for developers

  • Integration with user directories like Active Directory, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, and OneLogin

  • Role based access control for models and data sources (ex. Only certain models are available to certain groups)

  • Easy to use portal

  • 24x7x365 support

  • Can be deployed on-site for ROBO needs

Default Deployment Settings

  • All models are available to all groups

  • Integrated with a user directory

  • Gateway configured with a user provided DNS record or Expedient provided DNS record

  • Data Connectors configured:

    • POC: Sharepoint data connector only
