Service Overview
AI CTRL is a platform that allows clients to securely use public AI models like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude with their business data safely. It provides full observability to user activities, prompts, model consumption, and similar metrics to support businesses’ compliance and governance policies.
As a managed service, Expedient maintains the platform and manages models so that clients can focus on quickly extracting value from their AI efforts instead of vendor management and compliance nuances. Clients have full access to reporting dashboards and Expedient can assist with role based access control to provide a layer of additional support as AI adoption grows.
Because multiple public AI models are included by default, clients can leverage the best model for the task without concern for vendor lock-in or feature disparity problems that come with a DIY solution.
