Our partner will provide guidance and hands-on assistance to ensure your VDI environment and images follow industry best practices. The maintenance service will focus on Windows and VDI-specific patching, Group Policy management and maintenance, and User Profile Management system maintenance.

Image Management

The patching service covers two (2) nonpersistent gold images. Our partner will work with your team or directly maintain the general portions of the gold images. The Windows OS, Chromium-based web browsers, and the base Microsoft 365 application install, as well as VDI software in the image – including VMware Horizon software and Microsoft profile management solutions.

Group Policy Management

Group Policies are a critical element for VDI success and our partner will ensure the component performs optimally. This service includes reviewing policy load times in VDI images on a monthly basis and recommending and implementing changes as needed.
