Service Overview

Operations CTRL is a multi-cloud management and monitoring platform that gives clients the ability to maintain their workloads at scale no matter where they are. As a managed service, Expedient maintains the platform, provides alerting and dashboards, and can perform operating system patching so you can focus on the performance and reliability of your infrastructure. Clients have full access to view and create dashboards, create custom alerts, and request custom patching schedules to tailor the platform to the specifics of a client's organization.

  • Pay per VM monitored or managed
  • Establish a patching profile for clients that allows customization on what, when, and how endpoints are patched in coordination with the Operations Support Center
  • Can be deployed to any cloud or location with internet connectivity
  • Traffic encrypted in-flight
  • Access to monitoring portal powered by Elastic
  • 24x7x365 support for alerting and troubleshooting
