All VMs must be running up-to-date VMware Tools.
Support for Expedient Enterprise Cloud clients only.
Independent disks are NOT supported.

1Data protection of these items will require the Cohesity Helper App (agent) and additional network connectivity.

2Fully automated file/folder recovery of these items will require a dynamic agent push and additional network connectivity.

3MS SQL Server 64-bit running on Windows 64-bit is supported. Microsoft SQL Server 32-bit is not supported.

4Agent-based backups for 32-bit Operating Systems are not supported.

5Backups of vSphere Cluster Services servers are not permitted within the Cohesity platform.

6Complete Active Directory restore requires both the Cohesity Helper App (agent) and a full VM backup of the domain controller — the agent-based backups alone cannot rebuild the environment from scratch.
