For clients subscribed to Expedient Enterprise Workspace,

The Expedient Enterprise Workspace service includes access to the Lakeside SysTrack platform.  Lakeside allows virtual desktop administrators to monitor and report their user's virtual desktop workload for troubleshooting and performance optimization.  This document details the steps of how virtual desktop administrators of Expedient clients subscribing to the Expedient Enterprise Workspace service can get started using the Lakeside platform.

Logging In

To access Lakeside, browse to https://expedient.lakesidesoftware.com/  You will be redirected to Microsoft Azure to log in with your Active Directory credentials.  If you have not been granted access to your tenant within Lakeside, please get in touch with the Expedient Operations Support Center to request access.  

Installing the Lakeside SysTrack Agent

Data needs to be ingested from your virtual desktops running in Expedient Enterprise Workspace, and your virtual desktops will need to have the Lakeside SysTrack agent installed.  Please refer to "Installing the Lakeside SysTrack Agent" for the detailed steps on how to install the SysTrack agent onto your virtual desktops. 

Lakeside Dashboards

Dashboards are the primary way for virtual desktop administrators to utilize Lakeside's information from desktop machines.  For more information on the types of dashboards Lakeside provides and how you can use the data, please refer to "Lakeside Dashboards."
